Hull and East Riding Museum in Hull has an incredible array of archaeological finds! To highlight some of the star objects in the museum's collection, I was asked to illustrate a number of them. These images have now been displayed near their corresponding objects to bring them to attention. The illustrations had to be accessible and engaging for visitors as well as accurate, given that they would be displayed alongside the actual object. Here is just a small sample of them...
