The team at Kirkleatham Museum were looking to engage young visitors of all ages with their really wonderful social history and archaeology collections. They asked me to develop four activity trails, each for a different audience: families with young children, families with older children, KS1 school groups and KS2 school groups.
Developing so many activities for the same venue, and for four different types of audience was really challenging but hugely enjoyable. The museum has had really positive feedback about the new trails which is wonderful.
